Overview

Lost Panda Co. partners with print-on-demand providers to create unique, custom-made products that are produced only after you place your order. This means each item is specially made for you and cannot be resold.

Return Policy

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size ordered

• Wrong color ordered

• Change of mind after ordering

• Items you no longer want

Please double-check your size and color selection before completing your purchase.

Items Eligible for Return/Replacement

We will provide a free replacement or full refund for products that arrive:

• Damaged during shipping

• With manufacturing defects

• Significantly different from the product description

• Wrong item sent (our error)

How to Report an Issue

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery

2. Email us at: support@lostpanda.co

3. Include in your email:

o Your order number

o Clear photos showing the issue

o Description of the problem

4. No need to return the damaged item to us

Our Resolution Process

For eligible issues, we will:

• Provide a free replacement (shipped to you at no charge)

• OR issue a full refund to your original payment method

• Process your resolution within 2-3 business days

For multiple items with the same issue:

• Additional photos of all affected items may be required

• We’ll work quickly to resolve the entire order

What We Cannot Cover

• Customer sizing errors – Please refer to our size chart before ordering

• Minor print placement variations – Industry standard allows for 0.5″ variance in print placement

• Delivery issues beyond our control (package stolen, incorrect address provided)

• Damage after delivery that occurs during normal use

Refund Timeline

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval

• Refunds appear on your original payment method within 3-10 business days (depending on your bank/card issuer)

• You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed

To avoid sizing issues, please check our detailed size chart available on each product page. Measurements may vary by 1-2 inches. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up.

Unsuccessful Delivery

If your package cannot be delivered due to:

• Incorrect address provided – Additional shipping charges apply for reshipment

• Multiple delivery attempts failed – Contact us to arrange redelivery or refund
